We are Just Vessels

I want to tell you a story about another one of my friends who accepted God in Asia. His name is Dan! I met Dan one day while I was at a club fair at one of the colleges we were working at, the people who invited us wanted me to rap, so I spit some bars then he came over with a few of his friends and told me he loves hip hop. He asked me what I was rapping about and I told him Jesus, and he said, “Who is that?” I asked him can we grab lunch sometime? I didn’t have enough time to tell him there, so we set a time, and on that day I end up getting very ill. Come to find out later I had a bacterial infection, but at the time I didn’t know. So my partner asked me if I was able to still go and I was wrestling with it because I was in a lot of pain. I could barely focus and knew if I went I would not have any strength. Then I felt the Lord say to me to go and that Hee will be my strength. So I biked down with my partner, in tremendous pain and very ill to meet my friend Dan. My partner took over for a while and started telling him about the story of Jesus, and I am out of it but I am praying. Then it comes to the part where I jump in and I go all in, and then after that, I ask him if he wants to accept the Lord into his life and he says YES! God kept me just enough so I could see just how mighty He is! I end ed up going to the hospital later and staying over night but that’s a story for another day haha.
