Transition.
It’s a big deal.
The last months have been spent praying, talking, and dreaming together with our team and leaders surrounding us. At the EF elders retreat at the end of September, there was an official confirmation of Jay-Z becoming the next Global Ministries Director and both of us joining the Elim Fellowship team starting in June 2018.
It is a bittersweet time for us. It’s impossible to put into words how the past 11+ years of serving with Campus Target has impacted our lives. The relationships, teams, churches, ups, downs, problems, victories, accomplishments; they all add up to an EPIC adventure. Along this adventure, we have grown spiritually, leadership-wise, and as followers of Jesus. While we are transitioning out of Campus Target full-time starting in March 2018, we are still going to be working very closely with the ministry. Many Campus Target workers are with Elim Fellowship, and as a whole, we are believing for great synergy between our two organizations.
We know one of the most important things in transition is to finish strong.
And that is what we intend to do. We want to ‘break the tape’ in our final legs of our marathon.
